Terms & Conditions

1. This voucher shall only be used in 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau.
2. This voucher must be presented to the cashier before payment. Photocopies shall not be accepted.
3. This voucher shall not be refunded nor redeemed for cash. No monetary change shall be given for any unused balance value.
4. This voucher shall become invalid and shall not be returned and/or re-issued after use.
5. This voucher shall not be applicable to the services items sold in 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau, including but not limited to Octopus reloading/printing of records of the last 10 transactions, Macau Pass reloading, e-wallet and stored value cards reloading, mobile pre-paid SIM card/recharge voucher, pre-paid card, bill payment, donation, ticketing service, gift card, stamps, fax, photocopy, battery recharge, pick up services and return services, redemption items, Octopus cards and ornaments, Macau Pass cards and products, pre-payment of online game, Inspiration Lake activities, car-parking fee, self-serve laundry service and other services relating to cash coupon(s), voucher(s) or pre-paid.
6. This voucher shall not be re-issued and/or shall become invalid if it is lost, damaged or defaced.
7. This voucher shall be invalid if any reference number hereon is incomplete.
8. This voucher shall not be used for resale.
9. This voucher shall be valid until the date printed hereon. This voucher, once expired, shall forthwith become invalid, and shall not be re-issued nor extended.
10. 7-Eleven shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or mis-use of any issued voucher(s), and the holder shall bear all such responsibilities.
11. In event of any disputes, 7-Eleven shall reserve the right of final decision.
12. No third party right shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.
