Shipping policy

  1. We only support shipping to a single address for every single order. If you need to add additional addresses, please place a new order at the panda rider shop.
  2. Effective August 6, 2024, the SFHK APP will replace SMS messages for pickup notifications. To ensure you receive timely delivery reminders, please enable push notifications on your phone. You can also track the real-time status of your shipments directly within the SFHK APP.
  3. Recipients can now track the exact location of delivery agents by inputting the order number on this Tracking Page. foodpanda is not liable for any extra costs arising either directly or indirectly from late pick-up.
  4. A minimum delivery fee of HK$30 shall apply and be paid by recipients upon collection.
  5. S. F. Express may have additional service charges for specific delivery addresses. Please contact S. F. Express directly for details.
  6. All products purchased at the panda rider shop cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. For shipping related inquiries regarding S.F Express orders, please contact the S.F. Express Customer Service at (852) 2730 0273. 
  8. If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, delivery may be delayed.
  9. If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-delivery fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.
  10. If the courier cannot contact you twice in a row, the order will be cancelled automatically.
  11. Please follow the instructions to pick up the package. Late pick-up will incur additional charges.
  12. If you fail to pick up the package within the designated period stated by SF Express, Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to handle the purchased product(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice.
  13. If there is any dispute, Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited reserves the right on its final decision.
