FAQ


Q: What are Bamboo Rewards Points?
A: By completing deliveries, you can earn “Bamboo points. 1 order delivered = 1 point. Points will be added to your account after you completed/ returned the orders.

Q: Will my Bamboo Rewards points expire?
A: There is an expiration date of the points earned, please use them to redeem rewards as soon as possible. Points earned within 1/7/2024 - 31/12/2024 will expire on 31/12/2024 23:59, the unused points will be forfeited.

Q: How do I redeem my Bamboo Rewards Points?

Q: How will I receive my prizes?
A: You will need to go to TST hub to collect $50 Wellcome Supermarket Shopping Vouchers & $20 7-Eleven Cash Voucher.
Other products will be delivered via SF Express, a minimum delivery fee of HK$30 shall apply and be paid by recipients upon collection. Effective August 6, 2024, the SFHK APP will replace SMS messages for pickup notifications. To ensure you receive timely delivery reminders, please enable push notifications on your phone. You can also track the real-time status of your shipments directly within the SFHK APP.
E-gift vouchers codes will be sent to your registered email within 5 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Why haven't I received my Rider Shop account activation email?
A: Please ensure that your registered email address is up-to-date. It is also possible that our emails were mistakenly fall into the junk or spam folders of your mailbox. Alternatively, you can create a ticket in Rider Support within your rider app.

Q: Why can’t I start accumulating points during delivery?
A: There is a chance where the email address you used to register rider app and rider shop account is different. Also, you should check out the “Rewards” tab in your rider app to activate your account.

Terms & Conditions

  1. “Bamboo Rewards” points are only applicable to couriers who have activated their Rider Shop accounts. Points lost due to Rider Shop account not activated will not be reissued.
  2. “Bamboo Rewards” vouchers are only applicable to the products in “Bamboo Rewards Redemption Center” page in Rider Shop.
  3. Only 1 discount code may be applied per order.
  4. Discount code can be used once only and cannot be reused.
  5. Products in the redemption center can only be redeemed with bamboo points, which cannot be purchased independently.
  6. Points and discount codes will expire and will not be reissued, points earned within 1/7/2024 - 31/12/2024 will expire on 31/12/2024 23:59, the unused points will be forfeited, so please remember to use your points before they expire!
  7. Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed. Items purchased using points are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  8. When using the discount codes, if the selected voucher total amount exceeds the order amount, the balance of the vouchers will not be refunded.
  9. If the prize price is higher than the voucher value, you will need to top up the remaining amount with any other payment method.
  10. Rewards available for redemption will be updated whenever there is availability and will available while stocks last.
  11. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Platforms, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
  12. In case of disputes, foodpanda HK reserves the right to make the final decision. foodpanda HK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the “Bamboo Rewards” program without prior notice.
